Bed bugs are not typically found in the attic and the treatment of carpets isn’t usually necessary unless you have a very serious problem. Just because they didn’t treat the attic or rug does not mean they are gone but it shouldn’t be necessary to get rid of a problem.

if you had your apartment treated and they did not treat the rugs or attic does that mean all the bed bugs are gone

what is my best option to win in court with my apartment management ? my apartment is infested horribly with bed bugs.. I have a 2 month old son who just like me is covered in bites .. i have scars he can’t itch his bites so he just cries and cries how can i show the judge that bed bugs are unsafe and what legal process should or can i file for when dealing with bed bugs in an apartment to get out of my lease of get compensation ?? is this situation with bed bugs not considered “unsafe” ? can you help or do you have any info. that will be helpful ? thanks Amanda
